Program Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the integration, rollout, and migration of Salesforce across multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless interoperability and strong stakeholder alignment.

The ideal candidate will operate in a fast-paced, high-change environment, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, and working closely with internal teams, vendors, and technology partners to bring the vision to life.

  • 10+ years as a Program Manager with experience leading complex projects.
  • 5-7 years of Salesforce Integration experience with proven track records of successful implementations.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering Salesforce Cloud implementation and integration projects with strong project management skills.
  • Skilled in planning and managing enterprise system migrations with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor engagement skills with ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-stream transformation environments with adaptability and flexibility.
  • Confident balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery execution with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Integrations experience between Salesforce and external systems including ERP, marketing automation, third-party APIs, and legacy systems.

Experience with MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar integration platforms is highly preferred.

The role requires 2-3 days onsite in Melbourne for an initial period of 12 months.
