About the Role

The Electrical Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our tunnel infrastructure. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining instrumentation, communication, and monitoring systems throughout the tunnels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and electronic systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with instrumentation, communication, and monitoring systems
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure minimal disruption to tunnel operations
Requirements
  • Trade-qualified Electrician with experience in electrical and electronic systems
  • Proven experience in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and traffic control systems
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to learn and use general systems and software to support the position
  • NSW Drivers License (MR or greater)
  • Confined space entry ticket
  • Working from Elevated Work Platforms ticket
  • Forklift operation ticket
  • Vehicle Loading Crane ticket
  • White Card
