RoleTrainee Personal Banking Consultant
About This Role: Are you ready to start a career in banking and learn on the job? We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Personal Banking Consultant.
This 12-month traineeship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, and receive professional support while learning. Working closely with our experienced team across the region, you'll build your knowledge and help customers achieve their financial goals.
This is a full-time contract position, based on a 38-hour work week. You will be based in one of our branches and support our region.
About You- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to positively adapt to change
- Capacity to build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
- Higher School Certificate or similar qualification
- FSRA ASIC Tier II Accreditation (within 5 years) or willingness to undertake it
- Experience in retail and customer service roles (desirable)
- Previous cash handling experience (desirable)
- Proven sales experience (desirable)
- Complete relevant certificates during the traineeship and additional training for future promotions within the bank.
