Assistant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our team at Vicinity Centres. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the centre to the highest standards, ensuring customer and retailer satisfaction, and supporting the Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of the centre.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Operations Manager in maintaining the centre to the agreed standards, ensuring customer and retailer satisfaction.
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the centre, including managing projects, contractors, and workplace health and safety.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including retailers, customers, and centre staff.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of centre strategies and initiatives.

Requirements- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within shopping centre facilities management.
- Strong technical knowledge of building operations and legislation, including regulatory compliance, contractor management, and workplace health and safety.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage project costs.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
