Asset Data Validation Officer

Our organization is committed to maintaining accurate and reliable asset data. As an Asset Data Validation Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our asset information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough on-site inspections of assets across various locations to identify discrepancies and inaccuracies.
  • Update Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) records with precise information, including barcodes, make, model, and serial numbers.
  • Remove records for decommissioned or disposed assets and create new records for assets without existing data, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Collaborate with the Data Remediation Lead to review CMMS records for accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship is required.
  • Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • The ability to work independently and effectively communicate with colleagues is essential.
