Our Team Lead position is a key role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Team Lead. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including supervising staff, coordinating workflows, and implementing process improvements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving and dispatching goods, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring accurate stock counts.
  • Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and address any issues or problems that may impact warehouse operations, working closely with colleagues to resolve them.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • A valid forklift license and SAP experience would be highly valued.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
