Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Providing strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors & clients
  2. Gatehouse duties
  3. Proactively monitoring CCTV and access control systems
  4. Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risks
  5. Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
  6. Providing support to tenants and facilities
  7. Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
  8. Responding to emergency situations
  9. Contractor management duties
  10. Ad-hoc duties
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to support and step up as required into other roles
  • Able to work well in a team or autonomously
  • Able to work in a rotational roster (nights/days/weekends)
  • Australian citizen or hold unlimited work rights
  • Prior experience in corporate real estate contracts is highly desirable
  • Able to prepare and write reports
  • Able to use computers and security-related systems (access control, CCTV, Microsoft programmes)
  • Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
  • A valid SA security license (including monitoring subclass)
  • Crowd control endorsement will be highly desirable
  • A current first aid & CPR certificate
