The Role

This pivotal position requires a strong ability to identify opportunities and develop practical solutions that improve security for government and operational partners. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the National Security community to build trusted relationships and drive business growth.

  • Drive sovereign outcomes by adapting FIVE EYES capabilities to meet Australian needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic solutions that enhance security outcomes for government and operational partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and customer-focused approach.

As a key player in this role, you'll share insights on sector trends, customer priorities, and competitor activity to inform strategy and delivery.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A genuine commitment to supporting the National Security community and improving mission outcomes.
  • Proven experience working within or alongside National Security, Defence, law enforcement, and CNI customers.
  • A deep understanding of international best practice, particularly across the FIVE EYES community, with the ability to apply this knowledge to Australia's national defence requirements.
  • Professional behaviours that demonstrate integrity, collaboration, and respect.
  • Strong teamwork skills – able to contribute ideas, listen to others, and work towards shared goals.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and at least 10 years' sector experience.
