We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to join our Dispute Resolution team, providing dedicated support to a Partner and their broader team.

\

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives on taking initiative, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth running of a busy practice. With your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, you will keep things one step ahead.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents\
  • Managing diaries, inbox and travel arrangements\
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders\
  • Monitoring deadlines and coordinating court filings\
  • Handling billing, expenses and reporting\
  • Matter management, including opening/closing files, archiving, electronic/physical filing\

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and can balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • \
  • At least 5 years' experience in a legal support role\
  • Strong knowledge of the billing process in a legal environment\
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities\
  • Typing speed of 70+ wpm\
  • Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint\
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and attention to detail\
  • Clear and confident communication, with the ability to adapt style to your audience\
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and collaborative approach\
