We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead the development of access roads and foundations in challenging environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of critical construction projects, including access roads and foundations around regional NSW.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
  • Manage and execute construction activities in challenging terrains, ensuring precision and quality in road and foundation works.
  • Lead and develop a team, driving excellence in construction practices and project delivery.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on access roads, foundations, and bench construction in difficult terrains.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing projects and teams in remote and complex settings.
  • Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards.
  • Excellent planning and resource management skills, with the capability to deliver projects from start to finish.
