This role offers a dynamic environment where you will work on Defence policy and corporate functions. As a Policy and Corporate Pathway Graduate, your key responsibilities include:
- Accounting and Financial Management: Contribute to the finance function of a large Commonwealth organization.
- Program Management: Work on ambitious programmes that modernise Defence's budget management and financial operations.
- Finance and Administration: Provide commercial management and procurement advice to facilitate investment in innovative technologies.
- Legal (Legal Practice and Legal Policy): Design and draft legislative requirements, conduct legal research, and prepare written briefs, submissions, and reports.
- Analysis: Advise and influence decision-making and strategy on real-world Defence capability investments.
- Personnel and Policy: Produce and apply strategy to influence policy frameworks governing Defence operations and international engagement.
