We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team in a role that will make a real impact.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and planning clinical and professional education programs
  • Providing supervision and support to students, nurses, and other health professionals
  • Mentoring and role modeling best practice, clinical leadership, and fostering a positive learning culture
  • Supporting district-wide education policy development from a local perspective

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • Postgraduate qualification in education (or working towards) and relevant clinical experience
  • A passion for supporting workforce training and development
  • The ability to travel across the district
