We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This is a key role in which you will be responsible for leading and guiding your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist in achieving sales targets and driving business growth by coaching and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed performance expectations.
  • To provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  • To oversee daily operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
  • To collaborate with the Store Manager to create a safe and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of leadership experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to coach and develop sales teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
