Job Summary

Provide technical product support to DIY and trade customers, leveraging expertise in automotive parts and mechanical knowledge.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills to build effective relationships with clients.
  • Utilize up-to-date product information and knowledge to maximize sales and create lasting impressions for customers.
  • Work in a fast-paced phone-based customer service environment, prioritizing safety awareness and creating a safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Hold a strong safety mindset and strive to provide the safest work environment.
  • Demonstrate experience in automotive parts or mechanics.
  • Be a passionate customer service expert with sales experience.
  • Be comfortable sharing knowledge and communicating effectively in both technical and non-technical contexts.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, focusing on solutions rather than obstacles.
  • Have experience using computers and computer programs.
  • Be a proactive, driven team player who can also work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hold a valid driver's license (manual preferred).
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule and adapt to changing circumstances.
