**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**
The Administration Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales and Marketing Division, impacting the participant experience and journey.
Key responsibilities include coordinating annual plan review meetings with participants and champions, organizing minute transition and goal setting meetings as required, maintaining accurate filing and documentation in accordance with procedures, and updating customer information in our management systems.
With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, this role requires a skilled administrator with excellent communication skills and proficiency in using technology to enhance the customer journey.
