About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support our Consumer Experience business unit in delivering on financial commitments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage monthly closing routines for Consumer Experience channels, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Support long-term planning activities, including Budget and GVP submissions, to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Analyse ROI of Sales & Marketing spend and provide insights on overheads management to inform smarter business decisions.
  • Build financial models and perform scenario analysis to support strategic decisions and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Finance teams to influence outcomes and drive process improvements in reporting, analysis tools, and finance systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting (CA/CPA preferred)
  • Proven finance experience in a complex FMCG-based business
  • Able to work autonomously, with initiative, and a solution-focused mindset
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis
