We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Team Leader to join our organization in a leadership capacity.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of finance professionals in a fast-paced environment, providing expert guidance and support across various responsibilities including business administration, financial management, human resources, procurement, safety, security, supply chain and training management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Capability/Logistics team to manage test and evaluation equipment for the organization.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance Lean methodologies within the team and organization.

About Our Team:

The Finance Team is part of a dedicated unit that supports operational activities across multiple establishments. The team handles a diverse workload spanning various responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the Finance Team:

• Provide strategic direction and guidance to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Business Operations:

• Oversee business operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective implementation of processes.

Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance processes, embracing Lean methodologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Team Leader or similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.

• Expertise in financial management, human resources, procurement, safety, security, supply chain and training management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, maintaining a high level of productivity and focus.
