Project Manager Role Summary

This role is crucial in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of large and complex projects. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical professional with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain project budgets, track expenditures and identify variances, prepare cost reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage workforce plans, including updates based on actuals and forecasting resource requirements, timesheet administration, accounts payable and receivable process, and client monthly financial reporting.
- Ensure all project documents are organized and accessible, maintain version control, and manage document distribution.
- Prepare regular project status reports for management, analyze project performance data, and provide insights.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather data and ensure project control accuracy.
A bachelor's degree or certification in a related field is desirable. Minimum 5 years of experience in project accounting/finance business partner roles, proven control account management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, well-developed communication and time management skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy are required.
