Job Overview:

Senior Risk Advisor

The role of Senior Risk Advisor is a critical position within our organisation, responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise risk management framework.

This involves effective identification, assessment, and management of risks across the organisation, contributing to strategic alignment and uplift of risk culture and capability.

About the Role:
  • Support the design, implementation, and embedment of enterprise risk frameworks and tools.
  • Lead enhancements to risk systems and reporting platforms to improve usability, data quality, and insights.
  • Provide expert risk advice to remediation milestones as well as divisions, projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate risk conversations and workshops to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and tools.
  • Enhance risk systems and reporting platforms to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess risks.
  • Communicate risk insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to connect risk insights to business strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Sound analytical skills to interpret complex risk data.
  • Proficiency in risk management systems and data visualisation tools (e.g. Archer).
About You:

We are looking for a seasoned risk professional with experience in enterprise or operational risk roles, ideally within complex organisations. You hold tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline, and may also have professional certifications such as CRM, GRC, or PRMIA.
