The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing outdoor store operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and fostering a high-performance team environment. With excellent communication and leadership skills, you will collaborate with regional management to drive sales growth and achieve set targets.

Job Description
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of outdoor enthusiasts to meet sales targets and reach set KPIs.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure effective store operations and implement sales, service, and compliance initiatives.
  • Represent the store and support the wider network in the development and execution of initiatives and processes.
  • Create an enjoyable experience for each customer through exceptional store management.
Requirements
  • Proven retail or customer service management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and build sales and service through exceptional store management.
  • Sound knowledge of retail requirements including POS, stock control, cash handling, security, and store presentation.
  • Demonstrated experience working to targets and KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture.

Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum based on location and experience.
