Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling complex corporate restructuring and insolvency matters
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to insolvency laws and regulations
  • Support senior lawyers in dispute resolution cases
  • Collaborate with clients to provide high-quality legal advice and solutions
  • Contribute to business development initiatives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency (preferred)
  • Ideal WAM average of law subjects above 70
  • Dispute resolution experience
  • Preferably have undertaken the ARITA Advanced Certification course
  • Strong client service orientation and business development aptitude
  • Excellent technical, drafting, and commercial skills
  • Outstanding analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to work
