**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity now exists for a talented Solicitor or Associate to join this dynamic group.

This team has a proven track record of, among other things:

- Advising government and corporates with respect to cloud technology, privacy and data security, social marketing, procurement of ICT products and services and digital commercialisation;
- Providing domestic and international organisations with strategic advice on the commercialisation of IP to capitalise on the digital opportunity including the registration, protection and commercialisation of branding (trade marks), patents, designs and confidential information; and
- Advising on all aspects of protection of information and data encompassing privacy advice, digital data (IP) rights, data mobility, data security (and breach) and surveillance.

The above is just a sample of the interesting and varied work you can expect to be a part of in this role.

To be successful in this role you will need at least 2 years' PAE gained in a respected IP/IT legal team.
