**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Non-Government Service Coordinator to join our team in Northern Mental Health.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network, coordinating quality NGO services for consumers.
The successful applicant will be responsible for facilitating the identification and referral of consumers into appropriate non-government psychosocial programs, as well as identifying and referring consumers to other relevant programs.
In this role, you will work closely with staff to ensure consumers receive coordinated care, are referred to the appropriate non-government organisation, reviewed, exited or transferred as necessary.
You will optimise patient functional and health outcomes in this specialty area, delivering high-quality services and providing clinical leadership across Mental Health Services.

To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for one of the following Allied Health disciplines working in the service:
- Occupational Therapist; or
- Clinical Psychologist; or
- Social Worker.
**Key Responsibilities:**

**Required Qualifications:**
