As a Community Champion, you will play a vital role in fostering a harmonious and welcoming village environment.

You will provide respectful and person-centred service to our residents, supporting their wellbeing, independence and sense of connection.

Liaising with the Asset and Housing teams is also an essential part of your role, as you will coordinate maintenance and refurbishment works to ensure our villages remain safe and well-maintained.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing records, correspondence and reporting using our systems.

Our ideal candidate will have a calm and organised approach, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
