Lead Child Care Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that meet the needs of children.
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote quality care and education.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children's Services (Education and Care) or an ACECQA-approved qualification.
  • Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, CPR, and First Aid Certificates.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Belonging, Being, and Becoming - The Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Understanding of Childcare Regulations and Law.
