Food Service Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Food Services Assistant. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas, and ensuring that food is prepared and served to a high standard.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an aged care or hospitality setting
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
