Job Description\

We are seeking professionals to provide quality care in supported independent living settings, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

\Key Responsibilities\
  • Support individuals with day-to-day living needs, including domestic and personal care, and facilitate their connection to the community.
  • Provide care and support to individuals with disabilities, working independently and as part of a team.
\About the Role\
  • Successful applicants will need to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and public/school holidays with significant availability.
  • Applicants must have resilience, confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Developing strong communication skills and building positive relationships with colleagues and customers is essential.
  • The successful applicant will also need to obtain the NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement.
  • Proficiency in using computers and learning various software/programs is required.
  • A smartphone and current Australian Driver's Licence are necessary for the role.
