We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our team at JPS Medical Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality primary health care services to the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide general medical consultations and emergency care to patients.
- Develop and implement chronic disease management programs.
- Conduct health education and promotion activities to promote healthy lifestyles.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in primary health care or a related field.
- ALS and PALS Certification (in last 12 months)
- Neonatal ALS Certification
- MEC/TNCC/REC Certification
- RAN or RIPRN Certification
- Understanding Immunisation Certificate
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
