Digital Transformation Specialist Role

This key position forms part of our Customer Service Unit, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content strategies that align with changing business goals and user needs.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and creating user-centred content experiences and information structures that enhance the overall user experience across our website and digital platforms.

  • Review and assess the impact on website content structure including functionality and experience as a result of our technology implementation.
  • Conduct content audits of our existing website and transactional systems to identify and eliminate duplication and misalignment between the systems.
  • Identify and archive content that is not meeting the needs of customers or external stakeholders.
  • Develop, design and manage content for web pages, mobile apps, user interfaces, and other digital products impacted by the technology implementation.
  • Develop user guides, help documentation, and other instructional materials.
  • Use data and analytics to measure content effectiveness and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A degree or diploma with several years of relevant experience (desirable).
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering a diverse range of digital content design initiatives and projects.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing, UX design, and customer journey mapping.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Proven ability to develop, document and maintain operational policies and procedures.
  • Sound analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to manage a variety of complex tasks under tight time constraints.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and negotiating skills with the ability to communicate and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
