About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at McMillan Shakespeare Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and ongoing development of our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage user and license administration, including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules.
  • Configure Salesforce changes, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best-practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  • Optimize platform features and troubleshoot issues that arise with the Salesforce system.
  • Provide support to users by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing training on the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems, such as external APIs, marketing automation tools, back-office systems, and other CRM systems.
  • Ensure data security and compliance by maintaining secure and compliant data within Salesforce.
  • Liaise with key vendors, including Salesforce and external development and support vendors, to achieve business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and features, implementing them as necessary.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and strong understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes and working with data within Salesforce.
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges and Certified Salesforce Administrator.
