Salesforce Platform Manager

GHD is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Platform Manager to lead our IS team in delivering high-quality solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the Salesforce roadmap and initiatives, ensuring alignment with our enterprise strategies and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team in the optimal delivery of Salesforce platform solutions.
- Develop and articulate a clear vision for the Salesforce platform, aligned with our enterprise strategies and goals.
- Define the product roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements, and integrations.
- Engage closely with enterprise business services teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless integrated enterprise platform.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stay abreast of new features and capabilities within the Salesforce platform and other relevant technologies.
- Oversee relationships with application providers, vendors, and partners to guarantee adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Degree qualified in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent significant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a similar environment, including remote leadership.
- Experience with CRM and marketing technology implementation, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
