Job Title: Degree Apprenticeship Business Engagement Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to work closely with faculties and external teams to drive growth in degree apprenticeships.

The successful candidate will possess experience in client-facing roles, have strong IT skills, and a thorough understanding of statutory apprenticeship regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of employer engagement and marketing initiatives
  • Manage social media promotion of degree apprenticeships
  • Develop tailored learning solutions for clients
  • Achieve targets and expand the client base through proactive identification of growth opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Client-facing experience preferably in an apprenticeship training environment
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with CRM systems or similar tools
  • A comprehensive understanding of statutory apprenticeship regulatory requirements
