About the Role

As a key member of our team at RX Australia Pty Ltd., you'll play a vital role in upholding best practices and implementing global digital projects that support our company's strategies and innovations across digital channels and products.

We're looking for a Senior Digital Specialist who will focus on delivering our global digital strategy locally, collaborating with global product owners, offshore partners, and the local Digital Manager to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining an optimum customer experience on event websites and digital products by ensuring seamless user interfaces and intuitive navigation.
  • Collaborating with marketing and event teams to implement best practice digital environments that drive engagement and conversion rates.
  • Ensuring digital tools and channels accurately represent our core brand values and promote customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.
  • Working closely with the Digital Manager to develop and execute strategies that monetize products and support digital revenue growth.
  • Providing operational support for products and offering customer feedback for enhancements to improve overall performance.
  • Communicating product successes within the business, both locally and globally, to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders in the absence of the Digital Manager, ensuring continuity and minimizing disruptions.
  • Establishing urgency of tasks, prioritizing, and multitasking under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A tertiary degree in Digital Marketing, IT, or related fields, coupled with appropriate IT qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital delivery role, ideally in B2B and B2C industries, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, SEO, Google Search Console, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Visual Basic, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and SQL, with experience in mobile app development, website usability, design, and accessibility.
  • Familiarity with exhibitor portal/directory configuration, Salesforce, Eloqua, Intranet, and social media landscapes, with first-line support experience (preferably with Service Now or similar ticketing systems).
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently under pressure.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with vendors, customers, and global colleagues.
