We are seeking a diligent Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is based out of our Alexandria facility and involves working collaboratively with a small team to maintain Woollahra's streetscapes.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general maintenance services, cleaning, and upgrading works across the municipality.
  • They will also attend to designated retail and commercial areas, ensuring they meet the required standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • The Maintenance Worker will perform various cleaning and labouring duties where no two days are the same, demonstrating their flexibility and adaptability.
  • They will develop interpersonal and communication skills through collaboration with their team members.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience and ability to work co-operatively as part of a team.
  • They must be able to carry out work in accordance with established policies and procedures, to required standards in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Understanding of and commitment to WHS and EEO principles is essential.
