Job Title: Senior Manager of In-Store Experience and Visual Merchandising

The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy that drives consumer in-store spend.

Responsibilities will include leading the operation and performance of Afterpay's visual merchandising function, strategically developing and implementing commercial programs to drive VM adoption, and collaborating with sales and relationship management teams to identify key VM opportunities.

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, ideally with exposure to retail or visual merchandising, and a proven track record of managing large-scale programs and working with cross-functional teams.
