Employment Solutions Specialist Role Overview

The primary goal of this role is to assist customers in achieving employment success. As an Employment Coach, you will be responsible for managing a caseload and providing guidance on employability skills and job search strategies.

This involves case management, vocational skill development, and reverse marketing to suitable employers. You will also lead job search sessions to motivate further job placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer needs and match them with job opportunities.
  • Refer customers to job openings and provide support throughout the hiring process.
  • Achieve individual targets and work towards clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development.
  • Experience in Employment Services or a related field.
