Caterpillar Equipment Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Service Mechanic. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive on-site support for a diverse range of Caterpillar equipment across various industries.
Responsibilities include diagnosing faults on Caterpillar equipment at customer sites, carrying out repairs, maintenance, and servicing of mining and marine machinery, implementing Product Improvement Plans and Support Programs, and maintaining a safe work environment. You will also help customers achieve machine availability and reliability KPIs.Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Australian Heavy Mobile Plant Trade Certificate with post-trade experience (Field Service)
- Driver's License and LR license (mandatory)
- HRWL (LF, DG, WP) & Working at Heights certifications
- Refrigerant Handling License (preferred)
- Experience with Caterpillar Mining Machinery and Marine equipment
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills using CAT SIS & CAT ET
- Ability to work under pressure in remote environments, both independently and in teams
