Internal Audit Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned audit leader to join our team as an Internal Audit Director. This is a high-impact position offering the opportunity to work at the forefront of audit and assurance.

  • Lead the internal audit strategy for the business, working closely with senior stakeholders.
  • Provide independent and objective assurance to the Audit Committee and Executive Leadership.
  • Oversee a team of experienced auditors and manage the delivery of complex, risk-based audits.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in financial services.
  • Proven experience in a senior internal audit role (current or past), ideally at a director level or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory environment, risk landscape, and control frameworks in the FS sector.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • CA / ACCA / CISA / CPA / CIA or equivalent professional qualification (highly desirable).
