Project Manager - Group Business Enablement

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic Business Enablement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project management, driving projects to success, and delivering business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, scheduling, control, and reporting of projects using agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Monitor costs, timescales, and resources, and take proactive action when deviations occur.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across the local environment and the wider Woolworths group.
  • Develop and deliver effective change communication plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Requirements:
  • You will bring a growth mindset and have proven capabilities to communicate and influence at all levels, including executive.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end, ideally within the retail/FMCG sector.
  • Build collaborative relationships across a diverse stakeholder base.
  • Leverage your large-scale, fast-paced corporate experience to manage risks and make pragmatic decisions.
  • Previous experience leading large-scale transformation projects would be highly desirable.
