Customer Service Representative Job Description

As a customer service representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing them with exceptional service.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is friendly, approachable, and has excellent communication skills. You should be able to work well under pressure and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Working closely with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
