About the Role

As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will be an expert in optimizing lending and document management software platforms for our bank.

  • You will introduce new digital transformation initiatives to improve customer experience.
  • Understand the features of each platform and how they can benefit the business.
  • Provide support to colleagues in understanding their goals and recommending new features to optimize and grow the use of the lending and document management platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct involvement in the configuration of the platform and supporting releases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build, iterate, and improve existing or new processes and functions.
  • Contribute to technology plans to leverage value from cloud solutions and remove legacy technology.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Thorough understanding of lending processes in a financial institution.
  • Demonstrated experience administering software platforms and related applications.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
