About the Role

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Law Graduate/Junior Lawyer to join our Workers Compensation group in Perth. As part of this high-volume practice, you will gain exposure to all aspects of workers' compensation claims and work closely with and be mentored by a Partner and senior lawyers.

You will assist in the management of files, drafting legal documents and correspondence, preparing advice to clients, and developing opinion and pleading writing skills. Additionally, you will prepare court documents for litigated matters, attend directions hearings and chamber summons, and liaise with clients to obtain instructions and at conferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Completed law degree and postgraduate studies or admitted lawyer status
  • Motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for a career in law
  • Strong academic results and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work efficiently and multitask
