Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Content Director to drive the creative and strategic direction of our Brisbane station. You will lead a talented team to deliver market-leading content on-air and online. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and execute a strategic content plan across broadcast and digital to grow audience engagement and market share.
  • Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing content team, fostering a creative and collaborative culture.
  • Oversee on-air sound, programming execution, and ensure talent performance aligns with SCA's brand and content strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive content integration and maximise revenue opportunities for clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience leading content teams in a media or broadcasting environment.
  • A creative mind with strong editorial judgement and an ear for what makes compelling content.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bring people along on the journey.
  • A strong understanding of radio programming, content strategy, audience insights, and digital media.
