Wheel Repair Specialist

 

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of wheel restoration processes to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer service delivery while maintaining accurate records and detailed documentation.
  • Implement innovative problem-solving skills to identify and rectify surface damage on wheels using cutting-edge technology.
  • Develop expertise in operating machinery, including semi-automated Diamond cut lathes and infrared booths.
  • Contribute to a dynamic team that fosters excellence, precision, and quality in every aspect of wheel repair.
  • Enhance time management skills to efficiently complete tasks with minimal supervision, showcasing strong communication skills throughout the process.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Restore damaged wheels to their original condition utilizing advanced wheel repair techniques.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to identify areas requiring repair.
  • Utilize H2O/Grit blasting units for paint removal and contained preparation of wheels.
  • Employ machining skills to rectify surface damage on wheels using semi-automated Diamond cut lathes.
  • Paint and cure wheels using spray booths and infrared equipment.
  • Establish efficient methods for wheel repair processes.
  • Manage equipment and supply levels effectively.
  • Document all work completed and maintain precise records.
  • Adhere to stringent safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.

 

Requirements
  • Previous experience in automotive mechanics or spray painting is advantageous.
  • A passion for restoration, repair, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
