About the Role:

We're seeking a Part-time Assistant Store Manager to join our Canberra Concept Store team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving a customer-centric culture, creating an exciting and seamless experience for every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in driving sales and wage targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the execution of visual merchandising plans to ensure brand consistency and sale opportunities are leveraged.
  • Motivate and coach the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators in a high-performance culture.
  • Work with store leadership to drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • An open and supportive leader, with the ability to motivate, empower, and inspire a team to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets.
  • An eye for detail, with a talent for visual merchandising and expressing creativity.
