The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification in a recognised engineering discipline, with at least 10 years of related experience. They will be eligible for ITAR clearance, hold an active Baseline Defence Security Clearance, and have the ability to obtain SQEP Engineering Delegation Authority within an Authorised Engineering Organisation.

This role requires the ability to work collaboratively, provide technical guidance and leadership, and conduct risk-based technical advice on sustainment activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in requirements development, design review and acceptance, and be proficient in systems safety and certification.
