Senior Medical Science Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medical Science Liaison to join our team at Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our medical affairs team, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in the field of diabetes and obesity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive medical communication plan to enhance disease/brand awareness, utilization, and comparative positioning of assigned medicines within Oceania.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Patient Access and Public Affairs, Clinical Medical Regulatory, Clinical Development Centre, and Global Medical Affairs, to maximize the NN product portfolio from medical and scientific perspectives.
- Assist with pre-launch and product launch preparation, including training, KOL mapping, and site identification support for CDC and PAPA.
- Develop and implement a customer engagement plan to enhance customer awareness and advocacy of our products' scientific and medical attributes.
- MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred as minimum education.
- At least 3+ years of MSL experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a must. Extensive experience in Obesity and Diabetes would be preferred.
- Approximately 70% travel (including overnight) including regional and interstate. A valid driver's licence is required.
- Frequently works during evenings and weekends to attend congresses/forums.
- Excellent communication skills, organisational skills and extensive cross functional collaboration.
