What You'll Do:

You will manage our regional field marketing strategy for EMEA to capture qualified leads and drive revenue. You will work cross-functionally to help the GTM team meet their goals, identify new growth levers, and optimize to achieve goals.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute field marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive demand generation in lockstep with Asia Pacific Regional Sales leadership. They will analyze local market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform regional marketing plans.

Furthermore, the candidate will define the Field Marketing strategy and calendar for the APJ region, plan and manage regional marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, executive experiences, and regional account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. They will also optimize marketing campaigns based on performance data to ensure high ROI and continuous improvement.
