About the Job:
  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle ERP Consultant to join our team in a permanent career opportunity.
About the Role:
  • This role involves providing business consulting services to clients, contributing to the design and delivery of business solutions, and configuring package-based solutions.
  • Gathering and analysing business requirements through various methods, including workshops and interviews.
  • Designing and documenting business processes at a detailed level.
  • Reviewing program designs to ensure they meet client needs.
  • Leading a team of 4-6 people to complete projects.
  • Building relationships with client management.
  • Understanding client needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and project teams.
About You:
  • 3-4 years of Oracle Cloud ERP experience, with hands-on experience.
  • Experienced in configuring and managing the Oracle Cloud ERP system.
  • Skills in intercompany and tax skills.
  • Experience in business analysis and design, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • One to two years of relevant experience in a particular business or industry speciality area included.
  • Experience working with techniques and approaches for process and entity modelling.
  • Ability to devise creative business solutions.
  • Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex business problems.
  • Willingness to travel to client site as needed.
