Pricing & Portfolio Performance Role

This Senior Consultant/Senior Manager position is a key role within the Merchant Pricing and Portfolio Management Team.

In this role, you will assist in developing and executing pricing strategies for Merchant Services across all customer segments, considering profitability and overall relationship value.

The successful candidate will support analysis of the competitive environment to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and differentiation.

They will manage the delivery of the end-to-end pricing value chain, ensuring processes and controls are robust and aligned with internal standards.

The role also involves supporting strategic and business-as-usual initiatives, including business case modelling and analysis.

Additionally, they will contribute to regulatory reporting and broader business revenue insights and forecasting.

Collaboration with domain, sales, operations, and finance teams is essential to align pricing models, decisions, and changes with business objectives.

Requirements
  • Experience in banking, preferably in a pricing or product management function.
  • Ability to manage pricing models and data models, understanding end-to-end process value chains that manage profitability across the customer lifecycle and risk.
  • Proven track record of delivery with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving capability.
  • Stakeholder and communication skills across cross-functional groups.
  • Understanding of regulatory, risk, and compliance environments in banking/finance.
  • Business financial understanding.
